Staging Consultations

• Walk through with the client and assess the home
• Recommendations given on the spot for the client based on the home and taking comps in the area into consideration
• Staging recommendations will help enhance the property by reorganizing and editing existing furniture and accessories and may also include de-cluttering, and home repairs

Staging with Client’s Furniture

• Walk through with the client and assess the home
• Stage the home using the client’s furniture, accessories and art
• Move items not to be used to an agreed upon area for the client to remove from the property

Staging with Bastrop Home Staging Furniture

• Staging design includes furniture, art and accessories in the living room, dining room and master bedroom with light accessories in the kitchen and master bath
• Install and breakdowns included
• Other rooms including offices, additional bedrooms and outdoor spaces can be included for an additional fee

Interior Design

• Assistance with placement of furniture and decor including recommendations for new items
• Interior Design selections including finishes (tile, floors, plumbing fixtures, etc.) and paint on new builds and remodels
• Architectural review of floor plans including electrical plans
• Floor plan creation for new builds
